In his 31st year of practice, Doug is a founding member of Christian, Kravitz, Dichter & Johnson, LLC and its Arizona affiliate, Harper, Christian, Dichter & Graif, P.C. He is licensed in Nevada, Arizona and Colorado and maintains an active trial practice in both Las Vegas and Phoenix. Doug's practice emphasizes insurance and professional liability litigation. He regularly represents insurers in bad faith and coverage lawsuits and advises insurers and policyholders on good faith claim practices. Doug is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation and was one of only 3 insurance lawyers selected as "Best of the Bar 2005" by the Phoenix Business Journal. He is a member of the American Law Institute, American Board of Trial Advocates and Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
