Steve is a partner of Christian, Kravitz Dichter & Johnson, LLC and its Arizona affiliate, Harper, Christian, Dichter & Graif, P.C. He has 34 years of jury trial experience. After prosecuting and defending Courts-Martial during the Vietnamese War, he spent 5+ years prosecuting for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Phoenix and Tucson. Over the 25 years since entering private practice, Steve has equally divided his time between 'white-collar' criminal defense cases and complex civil litigation. On the criminal investigations side, Steve represents corporations and their high-ranking executives in Federal and State criminal investigations in health care, environmental, government contract, products liability, securities, antitrust, import, export, and fraud areas. In the civil arena, Steve handles a wide-variety of business disputes.

Representative Cases (Civil)- Handled over 200 cases from beginning to end from 1981 through present. About 10-12 have gone to jury trial. Cases handled have ranged from antitrust, products liability, real estate, and contract disputes, class actions, defamation, employment, fraud and racketeering, and securities, plaintiff and defense employment and personal injury.
