Alex is a business and civil litigation attorney admitted to practice in Arizona, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington DC. Alex was born in upstate New York and has been a Las Vegas resident since 1986. Alex graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor of Science in International Business. While at UNLV, Alex also worked as an IT professional and founded several start-ups. Alex went on to earn his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Creighton University. At Creighton, he co-authored the lead article in Creighton Law Review’s 50th volume and served as an editor of the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal. Alex traveled “From Nuremberg to the Hague”, participating in an international moot court competition. As a law student, Alex also worked in the Community Economic Development Clinic, providing free legal services to underserved members of the Omaha community. After returning to Nevada, Alex served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark R. Denton in Department XIII of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada. Department XIII is one of four Business Courts designated for complex civil matters. After his clerkship, Alex began working at law firms primarily practicing civil litigation.
