Ms. Christian is an AV-rated Partner at Christian Dichter & Sluga, P.C., a certified women-owned business in Phoenix, Arizona. Her primary practice areas are insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, but she also handles commercial litigation matters and civil appeals. She has a broad range of experience in both civil and criminal defense, and has successfully defended clients against complex insurance claims and felony criminal charges. She was recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2012-2015, and joined the Super Lawyers list in 2016 in the Insurance Coverage category.

Ms. Christian served as President of the Phi Beta Kappa Phoenix Association from 2008-2009, and served on the Board of Directors from 2007-2010. She also served as President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Young Lawyers’ Division from 2009-2010, during which time she raised over $15,000 for Devereux Arizona. She currently serves on the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Board of Directors as the Advocacy Luncheon Co-Chair, and was appointed to the Executive Committee in 2016. She is an active part of the DRI Membership Committee and serves in several leadership roles for the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.

In 2012 Ms. Christian co-founded a business development program for women lawyers called “Ladder Down.” The unique year-long program provides women with tangible tools for success through focus on three core concepts: leadership, business development, and mentoring. After operating for four years in Phoenix, Ladder Down partnered with the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel to expand the program’s reach to women lawyers across the country. The FDCC looks forward to launching Ladder Down San Francisco in 2017 and Ladder Down Charleston in 2018.

Ms. Christian was recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as one of the 2014 “50 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business” in the “Generation Next” category, and was honored by the Phoenix Suns and National Bank of Arizona with the “Amazing Women” award in 2015. Arizona Business Magazine named Ms. Christian one of Arizona’s Top 11 Most Influential Millennials in 2016.
