Bianca Gonzalez joined the firm in October of 2018, and is an associate in the litigation group. She primarily practices in the areas of business litigation, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury defense and administrative law.
Bianca began practicing civil litigation in 2017 after being admitted to the Nevada Bar. Prior to her return to Las Vegas, Bianca was an attorney with the Office of Bill Drafting for the Florida Senate for two years. Bianca primarily prepared bills regulating marijuana production and sales, alcoholic beverages and tobacco, pari-mutuel wagering, fantasy sports, gaming, and industry and professions licensing.
Bianca has been admitted to practice law and remains in good standing in both the State of Nevada and State of Florida, although she is inactive in Florida. Bianca earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in 2011. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University, College of Law, and graduated cum laude with a Business Law Certificate in 2015. During her time at Florida State University, Bianca served as a legislative intern for the Florida House of Representatives’ Regulatory Committee, Insurance and Banking Subcommittee, and Business and Professions Subcommittee. Bianca also worked as a law clerk for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Bianca was recently voted 2019 Legal Elite Best Up and Coming Attorneys by Nevada Business Magazine. Within her first year practicing litigation, Bianca has successfully argued for the dismissal of claims against various client prior to reaching the trial phase. She enjoys learning new areas of law and is always up for a challenge.
